USEFUL INFORMATION
- To book, you must be provided with a demanding and health card.
- In some specific cases (for example for services that require a preparation or special analyses), reservations can only be made once patients have read the appropriate information forms for the preparations present and downloadable on the Hospital’s website. The information forms and preparations may also be requested from the CUP telephone operator who will direct the patient to a specific section on the Hospital’s website or send by e-mail the forms/preparations preliminary to the execution of the tests to be booked. In any case, the possibility of booking on site at the branches that will deliver, if required, an information sheet will be guaranteed. The Hospital does not guarantee the performance of examinations in the event of non-preparation.
- The patient who needs a new appointment requested by the doctor at the time of the visit, can book it directly at the central counters located on the ground floor.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of the reservation, users are requested to notify at least three days before the number 06.68136911 active from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, on Saturdays from 8.00 am to 12.45 pm.
This will allow another patient to take advantage of the service and will contribute to the reduction of waiting times for the requested
service.
Please note that pursuant to paragraph 15 art.3 of Legislative Decree 24/1998 the citizen is required to pay for the service booked when he does not appear or does not announce three days before the impossibility of taking advantage of the service.
