Ophthalmology has therefore equipped itself with some very advanced technologies, new equipment for retinal surgery, and has increased surgical activity, with the opening of the operating room 5 days a week (morning and afternoon). The perfect integration between specialists offers patients in the center of Rome a wide range of care, ensuring great professionalism and quality of service. Retinal diseases are often very urgent: a retinal detachment – for example - requires immediate surgical therapy. The extension of the operating room working hours allows you to intervene often within a few hours.
